Abstract
Cases of cancer have been reported in patients with primary humoral im munodeficiency syndromes, mainly non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and gastric ad enocarcinoma. Two cases of Hodgkin's disease complicating IgA and IgG subclass deficiency are reported. This association is probably more th an mere coincidence. A review of the literature is presented.
