Abstract
An easy and useful method for the preparation of simple 1-phenoxy-2-tr ialkylsiloxy-1,3-dienes in high yields, has been established and their reactivity in the Diels-Alder reaction at room temperature has been s tudied. By this procedure, phenoxy substituted cyclohexenes and cycloh exanones of known relative stereochemistry can be obtained. Copyright (C) 1996 Published by Elsevier Science Ltd
