Abstract
(S)-alpha Methylmethionine, (S)-alpha Methylleucine, 2-aminoisobutyric acid and (S)-alpha Methylphenylalanine have been incorporated by soli d phase peptide strategy in a peptide sequence. The coupling reactions of these Boc-alpha Me amino acids and of the following residue in the sequence were readily achieved after silylation with chlorotrimethyls ilane of the amine function on the resin.
