Abstract
A retrospective study of patients with trisomy X was carried out by th e Association des Cytogeneticiens de Langue Francaise (ACLF), One hund red and ninety observations were collected from 18 cytogenetic laborat ories, Variability in presentation is the most striking feature, Resul ts must be treated with some caution, since they concern only individu als referred for karyotyping.
