Abstract
This report describes the normal arterial patterns of the vestibulocer ebellar regions visualized by magnetic resonance angiography. Variatio ns in the vertebrobasilar arterial system are described, limitations i n imaging are discussed, and collateral connections within the cerebel lar vessels and the circle of Willis are reviewed. Clinical correlatio ns are de fined between the vestibular nuclei, the associated intraaxi al tracts, and with specific posterior cerebral and brain stem arterie s.
