Abstract
The use of Chelex resin for the synthesis of radioactive lead complexe s has been explored. The process involved immobilization of Pb-203 on the resin and subsequent elution of complexed lead by chelating agents . Pb-203 complexes derived from meso- and racemic dimercaptosuccinic a cid (meso-DMSA, rac-DMSA) were prepared and assessed for stability in vitro. Copyright (C) 1996 Elsevier Science Inc.
