Abstract
The specific heat for AgI-doped CuI has been measured by the method of differential scanning calorimetry. Anomalous specific heats were obse rved around the transition temperature from non-superionic to superion ic phases. These were well explained in terms of the Schottky-type exc ess specific heat.
