Abstract
Defense reactions of Pinus nigra megagametophyte in dual cultures with the basidiomycete Phaeolus schweinitzii were studied. Strong defense reaction of the megagametophyte against the fungus was observed in pre -cultivated cultures. In this connection the changes in the occurrence of protein bodies and their function is discussed.
