Abstract
Energy influence leads to radical - oxidation processes in thin films of oligomeres with fluorine (OWF) the result of which is structural co nfigurations of OWF. Orientation of oscillation vector is close to iso tropical when the temperature is about the destruction one. Orientatio n effects result in changes of OWF properties.
