Abstract
We have electrodeposited Co-Pt films of different composition and thic kness containing several percent of phosphorous. Very high coercivitie s (up to 5500 Oe) have been obtained at 70-80 at% Co, Coercivity lower s for higher Pt content, A clear correlation is observed between H-c a nd structural properties.
