Abstract
The initial susceptibility of (Co,Zn)(2)-W hexagonal ferrite single cr ystals was measured up to 500 degrees C in direction parallel and perp endicular to the c-axis. Two spin reorientation transitions and a ther mal hysteresis were observed. The analysis in terms of the domain wall bulging model indicates the presence of a high density of pinning cen tres inside the crystals.
