Abstract
The deterioration of magnetic properties due to plastic deformation is examined as a function of the degree of cold work in the range of str ains 0-0.15. The deformation mode is varied. Laboratory cold rolling w ithout tension is compared with purely tensile deformation. The magnet ic properties - measured before and after magnetic aging - are related to microstructural changes.
