MAGNETOACOUSTIC ECHO SPECTRUM OF A FERRITE-DIELECTRIC LAYERED STRUCTURE

The spectrum of the magnetoacoustic echo arising in the structure of a ferrite film on a dielectric substrate under pulse excitation of magn etostatic waves in a tangential external magnetic field has been inves tigated. It is shown that the spectrum of several subsequent echo puls es (no less than 5-6) resembles that of magnetoacoustic waves in a str ucture under a continuous excitation regime. The fine structure of the separate echo pulse spectrum was also observed.
