Abstract
Ureteroarterial fistulae are rare. We report 2 cases of this clinical problem. Ureteroarterial fistulae can occur in association with prolon ged ureteral stenting, radiation therapy, vascular pathology, and prio r pelvic or vascular surgery. Identification of-a fistula is often dif ficult and requires the physician to be highly alert and vigilant. Dia gnostic and therapeutic options for a ureteroarterial fistula are disc ussed.
