Abstract
We discuss the prospects for observing the mass of rho- and omega-meso ns around nuclear matter density by studying their coherent photoprodu ction in nuclear targets and subsequent in-medium decay into e(+)e(-) pairs. The quantum interference of rho- and omega-mesons in the e(+)e( -) channel and the interference between Bethe-Heitler pairs and dielec trons from vector meson decays are of particular interest.
