Abstract
In order to study the role of vitamin E in the pathogenesis of ataxia telangiectasia, we analysed vitamin E serum levels in five children wi th this disorder. No differences with respect to controls were found. However, these negative results do not exclude that abnormal vitamin E metabolism may be present at the cellular level.
