deal of research has been directed toward improving the effectiveness
of group meetings through the use of electronic meeting rooms without
the desired results. As an alternative, this paper examines the use o
f the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a group decision support too
l. The paper outlines the benefits and effectiveness of AHP as a group
decision support tool, and elaborates on the details of its applicati
on to a business organization in the form of a case study.
