Abstract
Bilateral chylothorax following thoracic duct injury is a rare occurre nce. Since 1907 there have been only six reports in the literature of this potentially serious complication. We report a case of bilateral c hylothorax following ligation of the cervical thoracic duct during a l eft subclavian to carotid artery transposition.
