Abstract
Sjogren syndrome (SS) is a common disorder in adults and involves both glandular and extraglandular systems. Additionally, in one of these cases, the central nervous system was involved. All of these complications are co mmon in adult cases. Conclusion Childhood SS is a systemic ''ductiliti s'' or ''exocrinopathy'' with complications which are commonly observe d in adult cases.
