Abstract
Chiral alpha-amino phosphonic acid derivatives were synthesized by con densing an enantiomerically homogeneous diazasilyl phosphite with a se ries of prochiral nitrones. The reactions proceed under mild condition s with moderate to high enantioselectivities and good yields.
