Abstract
In this paper we define the AMES application management model. This is followed by a description of the development of a maturity assessment matrix. Our assessment method comprises extensions to the CMM with so me input from BOOTSTRAP and SPICE. In particular we have specialized t he CMM assessment questionnaire to specifically address application ma nagement. The relationship between our assessment questionnaire and th e CMM is shown and the extensions that we have made to the questionnai re are made explicit.
