Abstract
We report the case of a patient with B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukem ia, presenting with cough and pain in the right hemithorax. The diagno sis of an inflammatory pseudotumour in the right lower lobe bronchus w as made. Clinical presentation, pathology and treatment of this uncomm on tumour-like lesion are briefly discussed.
