Abstract
The authors report a case of dermatomyositis (D.M) in a 57-year-old ma n, associated with a squamous cell bronchial carcinoma. The complete r esolution of the dermatomyositis after radical resection of the bronch ial tumor strongly suggested a paraneoplastic phenomenon.
