Abstract
We report on a patient with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus who de veloped a bilateral palsy of the radial nerve deep motor branch. Neuro physiological findings pertaining to the supinator channel syndrome ar e related to the clinical signs of our patient. Surgical decompression is emphasized.
