Dielectric properties and optical absorption of gel grown NH4-Cd oxala
te crystals show dielectric relaxation extrema. These relaxation peaks
have been observed to be non Debye type. The relaxation times obtaine
d are equal to 33 and 1 mu S respectively. The real part of admittance
varies with frequency as G'alpha omega(n). Admittance curves yield th
e value 1.17 for n.
