Abstract
We describe the case of a 68-year-old woman who presented with asympto matic skin nodules and symptoms of anaemia, and was found to have acut e megakaryoblastic leukaemia with fibrosis, a condition now believed t o correspond to the former diagnosis of acute myelofibrosis. There is only one previous report of skin lesions developing in this condition.
