Intestinal metastases are relatively frequent in lung cancer (4.7 to 1
4% in autopsy series) but rarely recognized clinically before severe c
omplications due to hemorrhage or occlusion. We report a ne case and r
eview the literature. Digestive tract localizations should always be s
earched in case of bronchogenic cancer as prognosis is very poor. Mean
survival is 4-8 weeks requiring adapted approach to the primary tumor
.
