Abstract
A case of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) associated with a s pontaneous pregnancy is reported with the hope of facilitating earlier recognition of this condition, Although OHSS is usually an iatrogenic complication, it can also occur spontaneously without any evidence of endocrinological disorder, Surgery was performed and induced a very r apid resolution of ovarian hyperstimulation.
