Abstract
Poly(methyl methacrylate-co-ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate) networks we re synthesized with systematic variation in crosslinking density. The molecular weight between crosslinks ((M) over bar(c)) was determined b y equilibrium swelling measurements. The glass transition temperature was used to evaluate the effect of curing time and the degree of cross linking on the networks. Flexural strength and impact resistance decre ased with increasing (M) over bar(c).
