Abstract
In this paper, the CSMA/CD protocol with deterministic collision resol ution implemented in some Intel devices is analyzed. An approximate th roughput-delay analysis is performed. The results of the analysis are validated by simulation. Finally, we briefly present additional result s obtained from the simulation.
