An optoelectronic detector of ammonia containing a spectrally adjusted
optron pair (OP), an operational amplifier, and a pointer-type indica
tor is described. A gas-sensitive film based on salts of phthalic acid
is located in the OF. The light absorption spectrum of the film chang
es depending on the ammonia concentration in an ambient medium. The de
tector operates in ammonia concentrations of 0-30 mg/m(3).
