Abstract
Support groups can help counselors both as a referral source and as an
adjunct in counseling. This report describes 3 approaches to job supp
ort groups and compares them on a number of key dimensions to assist c
ounselors in identifying attributes of job support groups that can be
most helpful to different clients.
