Abstract
Aminophosphonic chlorides 1-3 reacted with silver thiocyanate to give corresponding isothiocyanates 4-6 in good to moderate yields. Similarl y, aminophosphonic chlorides 7-9 reacted with unsaturated alcohols and allylmagnesium bromide to give trienes 15-18 containing phosphorus. A n intramolecular Diels-Alder reaction of triene 18 gave isophosphindol ine derivative 19. The conformation of 19 is also discussed.
