Neuroendocrine small cell carcinoma of the cervix is an aggressive tum
or that is associated with a poor prognosis. No reports have described
a patient with metastatic spread who has had longterm survival. A pat
ient with neuroendocrine small cell carcinoma of the cervix metastatic
to regional lymph nodes who is free of disease 92 months after multim
odality treatment with radiation, surgery, and chemotherapy is describ
