Abstract
The title structure, [Fe(N-3)(2)(C10H24P2)(2)], has been studied and w as found to consist of neutral molecules with the Fe atom located at a centre of symmetry. The Fe-P bond lengths [2.258 (1) and 2.268 (1) An gstrom] are indicative of low-spin Fe-II. The Fe-N-azido distance is 2 .008 (4) Angstrom.
