Abstract
In the crystal structure of the title compound, C20H15Cl2O3PS2, the di oxathoaphosphocine ring adopts a boat-chair conformation, with the pho sphoryl sulfide group axial and the phenoxy group equatorial. The plan ar chlorobenzen groups fused to the heterocyclic ring form an angle of 67.90 (10)degrees with one another.
