Abstract
Reaction of C-ethyl esters of phosphonic- and phosphinic acid analogue s of glutamic and aspartic acids with ethyl orthoformate provides the mixtures of N-formylamino- and N-ethoxymethyleneimino-derivatives with nearly quantitative yields. Scape and limitations of this procedure w ere studied by means of GC/MS technique.
