Abstract
We report a case of focal dermal hypoplasia (FDH) with multiple giant papillomas on non-perimucosal areas. The patient had had cribriform hy perpigmented and depigmented plaques on the trunk and extremities sinc e birth. There were also hypoplastic skin lesions on the right arm, le ft elbow and right thigh. The multiple giant papillomas began to appea r, when she was 22 years old, on the trunk and extremities. Cryotherap y was effective in controlling them.
