The results of photometric UBVJHKLM observations of Nova Aql 1995, per
formed between June and October 1995, are presented. It is shown that
this nova was discovered less than or equal to 20 days after its outbu
rst and less than or equal to 10 days after the beginning of its brigh
tness decline. On approximately day 60 after the outburst of the star,
dust grains with a total mass of similar to 10(-8) M. (M(dust)/M(gas)
less than or equal to 10(-4)) condensed in its shell. However, since
the dust shell turned out to be optically thin [tau(UV) less than or e
qual to 0.15], no appreciable visual absorption was observed in the st
ar. After the condensation, the destruction of dust grains in the shel
l of Nova Aql. 1995 began, as in the shell of Nova Aql 1993. The bolom
etric luminosity of the nova over similar to 60 days after its outburs
t decreased by no more than a factor of 2. At maximum visual light, th
is luminosity was similar to 1.2 x 10(5) L..
