Abstract
A contact surface continuum-described as a porous layer served the bas is for deriving the analytical expressions which refer to macroscopic characteristics of a deformation proceeding during a physical contact formation and are the average values of normal and tangential stresses as well as compressing and shearing rates. It was established that th ere was a criterion dependence of a minimum deformation intensity on g eometrical factors and a stressed interface state at metal joining by action of a pressure with a shear.
