Cy. Lee et Yh. Kao, FREQUENCY-DEPENDENCE OF THE INTERGRANULAR ENERGY-LOSS PEAK IN AC MAGNETIC-SUSCEPTIBILITY OF HIGH-T-C SUPERCONDUCTORS, Physica. C, Superconductivity, 256(1-2), 1996, pp. 183-190
The temperature dependence of the AC magnetic susceptibility has been
measured in the frequency range between 100 Hz and 40 kHz for various
high-T-c supeconductors and analyzed on the basis of a model which inc
orporates the effects of flux creep in the critical-state equation. By
a comparison of the experimental data with our theoretical model, the
frequency-dependent shift of the intergranular energy-loss peak is ex
plained quantitatively and the parameters pertaining to the flux-hoppi
ng frequency and pinning potential in the model are determined for var
ious high-T-c superconductors.
