Abstract
We studied that molecular recognition of Mono- and disaccharidies by w ater-soluble porphyrin using UV-vis titration method. The results show n that the tetrakis(sufonic acid-benzene) porphyrin has selective reco gnition to Maltose. The association constant between them was determin ed.
