Abstract
Stark shifts of the NaI-D spectral lines (588.995 nm and 589.59 nm) ha ve been measured in nitrogen, oxygen and argon plasmas at electron tem perature two times higher than that of other authors (up to 49 000 K). The measured shifts were compared with the existing theoretical predi ctions.
