Abstract
The nonlinear interaction between large-amplitude electromagnetic wave s and new collective low-frequency modes of dense strongly coupled two -component plasmas has been considered. We present specific results fo r growth rates and thresholds of stimulated Brillouin scattering as we ll as modulational instabilities.
