Abstract
This brief discusses the implementation of exact simulations of passiv e filters by switched-current techniques, using the bilinear transform ation, but avoiding the use of true bilinear integrators. It is shown that the synthesis can be easily done directly using switched-current Euler integrators, without passing through an intermediary switched-ca pacitor filter. The method is exemplified for low-pass filters built w ith ''second-generation'' Euler integrators.
