Abstract
Electrochemical formation of thin film chalcogenide superlattices: Cd( 1-x)Me(x)S(me==Hg, Zn, Pb), Pb1-xCdxSe, Hg1-xCdxTe, Hg1-xCdxSe, Bi2-xI nxTe3 was carried out for the first time. These superlattices are peri odical structures, consisting of ultrathin layers (about a few nm) of solid solutions with 1-5% of admixed metal.
