The investigation of CaMn3(Mn33+Mn4+)O-12 perovskite properties has be
en carried out. It was found that the electronic ordering in this comp
ound at T-v = 440 K was accompanied by crystal symmetry lowering from
cubic to rhombohedral one with 0.1% decreasing volume of a cell and ab
rupt change in electroconductivity by a factor of 10. Electronic, orbi
tal and dipol ordering are supposed to take place simultaneously as in
the case of Fe3+[Fe2+Fe3+]O-4.
