Abstract
Absolute rate data are reported for the collisional removal of ground state atomic caesium, Cs(6 S-2(1/2)), by various bromine-containing mo lecules using time-resolved laser-induced fluorescence [Cs(7 P-2(3/2)- 6 S-2(1/2)), lambda=455.5 nm] on a flow system following pulsed irradi ation at elevated temperatures.
