Abstract
The electrical resistivity and absolute thermoelectric power of the li quid Ag1-xGax system have been measured over the whole composition ran ge. The resistivity shows a maximum for silver-rich alloys and the the rmoelectric power decreases from the value of silver to that of galliu m. The experimental results are interpreted and discussed in term of t he Ziman formula using the t-matrix formalism with hard-sphere structu re factors. The concentration and energy dependences of the phase shif ts have been taken into account for a complete resistivity and thermop ower calculation.
