Abstract
The analysis of the methods of uniform functional polymeric microspher es preparation is presented. The preparation conditions of polymeric m icrospheres having aldehyde, carboxylic, epoxy and amino groups on its surface and possessing the special properties for them biochemical ap plication are detaily described. The methods of polymeric microspheres modification for covalent binding of bioligand molecules are also rev iewed.
